ABOUT GENKAN
In early 2004, the founders of GENKAN knew that the emerging World Wide Web would become the perfect venue for connecting property owners with Vacation makers. As a leading Vacation rental and property manager in the Snowy Mountains that had the knowledge and understanging that was required.
The opportunity for the enquring Vacation maker to check availabilities of properties, view extensive details of properties and make a solid booking from the availabiliy became a reality.
After trialling several softwares, the founders of GENKAN knew that there was afar greater opportunity out there and that was to create an all encompassing software solution that had the power and functionaity to drive a Vacation rental property Management business but at the same time provide functionality to the end user that was second to none.
In 2007 the development work begun and in October 2009 Thredbo Accommodation and Reservations became the first user of GENKAN.
In early 2010 Discover Stradbroke became the first commercial user of
GENKAN in establishing a new business on the island.
Today GENKAN assists companies that need to leverage technology to increase their competitive advantage and effectively adapt to the new internet economy, as well as cultural and political changes. With over 30 installation of this revolutionary product it is our goal to stay on top of technology and its evolving direction coupled with a thorough understanding of our customer's goals.
